Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items may be used or unused. All returned items must be in their original condition.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@nationwidesportsoutletstore.com or call (855) 473-8289 to initiate your return. Include your order number and the reason for return.
3. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original Visa or Mastercard. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
